Vouch Request Format [Important]

Here is the current vouch format in which users should be following.

- Title of the thread should be "[VOUCH REQUEST] Username"
E.G. - [VOUCH REQUEST] SuI[C]IdE

Post should contain the following. Example

IGN: SuI[C]IdE
Players who will support: Pengwyn, NumoT, JiMmAybOy, tzatzikii, CommmanderChaffe.
Years playing DotA: Started at start of 2008, so almost 2 years.
Do you have Ventrilo / working mic? Yes, both.
Have you read the bot commands / rules: Yes.
Preferred Roles: Support .... and .... FARMING!!!!
Previous clans: WotI, T1, too many to list!
Previous Aliases: YouPube, QueJebo, ZeXeN.
Non public replay: <Replay here>

A mod / admin or myself will either support, deny, or vouch you.
