All vouch requests for eSix-League please follow this format or your vouch request will not be considered.
Example:
1. Bored Aussie Username: fcb_dday
2. Other known aliases that you have used in the past. mrwannnabe1337
3. Can you host? no.
4. Current and previous notable clans: eSix, DPS, PI, MVL
5. Do you have Ventrilo and a Mic?: No.
6. List 3 players in the league that are willing to vouch for you: GTKae, Super_cac, Gosu-Panda
7. Have you fully read the league rules and bot commands?: Yes
9. Please Post a Non-Public/IH Replay(exception for known players):
